Shared Purpose is an annual awards celebration recognizing employees who have been nominated by their peers for excellence across the Chamber's values of integrity, partnership, accountability, and commitment. I drove all creative strategy and execution for this event, to include the storyboarding of the program and all experiential elements from concept to installation.

To honor all nominees, professional photoshoot sessions captured expressive portraits that were post-edited into a celebratory brand treatment. These displayed on a rotation on  LED tile walls around the room as lively opening and reception moments and were additionally used for winner montages and social posts. 

All attendee and nominee touchpoints were intentionally designed to add an immersive and valued feel to this employee event. A 360 photo booth was a fun way for colleagues to make a memento, a virtual quiz tested employee knowledge of Chamber values and past winners (with prizes), custom pins were made for all nominees to identify them at mingling moments, and a gift box designed to hold a congratulatory message, champagne, and a pink rose symbolizing appreciation.
