170 East End Avenue overlooks Carl Schurz Park in Yorkville.
It is 19 stories and contains 110 apartments that are split among its different wings, with a landscaped garden with a waterfall serving as a focal point. Some residences have fireplaces and balconies; kitchens have new, top-of-the-line appliances; and master bathrooms are equipped with premium fixtures and oversized baths. The development extends from 87th to 88th Streets in the Upper East Side.
The interactive model is controlled by touch-enabled display interfaces, enabling navigation through the different apartments and spaces in the building. When an apartment or space is selected in the graphic software interface, the physical model illuminates the actual space presenting the actual location and views.
