BRIEF: Creating a 360-degree brand experience, with Sustainability as a goal and Young Adult as target audience.
PROBLEM: Large-scale retail is not seen by young people as sustainable.
IDEA: The Carrefour app will be provided with useful features to educate, explicate the Brand's sense of responsibility, and allow consumers to actively participate: sustainable shopping section, information carousels, in-store temporary stands where sustainable products are highlighted each month.
From the research and analysis, the creative concept that emerged is: "Small purchase, big change." This makes the customer active and aware of their impact with minimal effort.
