Hello there!
It's perfectly fine to feel lost and not to be yourself sometimes.
It's also OK to rediscover who you are.
It's OK to care, to ask questions, and even to hide away.
Making mistakes is a natural part of learning, so don't worry about them.
Failing is also OK.
It's alright if some moments fade away.
Feeling lonely is normal.
It's OK to feel like a star shining brightly or your light dims.
It's OK if you're loved or not loved.
It's OK to take a break and focus on yourself.
Overthinking or not thinking at all is also alright.
Having too many heartbeats is normal.
Losing your dreams and finding them again is OK.
It's normal not always to be happy.
Starting over is also OK.
Showing both your strengths and weaknesses is perfectly fine.
It's alright to have anxiety and to feel differently.
Changing your preferences is normal.
It's OK to have choices and options.
Liking the sea and hating the heat is perfectly fine.
It's OK to be hurt and not feel anything at all.
Overreacting once in a while is OK.
Fighting for what you believe in is also alright.
It's OK to be unique.
It's OK to dislike your body sometimes.
Working hard or not working at all is OK.
Finding your lost dreams and being yourself again is OK.
It's OK to take your time and not rush things.
Feeling pain is normal, but it will go away eventually.
It's OK to see yourself differently and to find your inner child again.
It's OK to hide, be lost, and move quickly.
Being scared, freezing, holding on, and running away are all OK.
Remember to breathe and take deep breaths.
Building new dreams and looking at things from a new perspective is exemplary.
Losing yourself is OK.
And it's never too late to find yourself again.
Laughing, crying, screaming, and growing are all normal parts of life. Growing is fine if your feelings and thoughts lead you in the right direction.
Remember, it was always OK.
