I tried to capture the pain and disappointment of the people and corporations that are largely responsible for the global situation, the cruelty and death they cause, but I also wanted to show the beauty, purity and life that needs to be protected, and the hope for a better future and need to save this beautiful part of the earth.

It is an abstract form of capturing the emotions of the composition Elegy for the Arctic by Ludovico Einaudi, mainly through colors, while white and blue represent the beauty of the Arctic nature, innocence and hope, which prevails in the image, but is tainted by black - oil, pollution, and red, representing the blood of animals, which is mainly the responsibility of corporations but also the whole society as a result of their frivolous and irresponsible behavior.

I used Mix Media Art technique of painting, using acrylic, oil paints, but also magazine clippings, which I supplemented with Ludovic's portrait in the form of a sketch with a felt-tip pen and a translation of the lyrics of the song by the French singer Pomme - à perte de vue, as the theme of the song and its lyrics reflect pain, love, empathy and a strong need to help, but at the same time complete helplessness.
