Renovation Project

St. Regis Jakarta hotel project was a renovation project from the existing building of Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta, located at Rajawali Place, Jl. H. R. Rasuna Said Blok Kav. B/4, Kecamatan Setiabudi, Kota Jakarta Selatan, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta 12910.

On behalf of the owner company of St. Regis Jakarta Hotel-Project (PT. Permadani Khatulistiwa Nusantara), I am in charge of supervising the design from kitchen consultant, interior consultant, and MEP consultant. Making sure there is no conflict between designs before proceeding into the for-construction drawing. After the construction drawing is published, I send the drawing to contractors who are involved in the area and brief them accordingly.

The contractors submitted their shop drawing before the construction. I reviewed them once again to confirm there are no mistakes. After the shop drawing has been reviewed and approved by me and the project manager, the contractors begin the construction phase and I supervise them. Sometimes there are conflicts between the interior, MEP, and kitchen layout in the construction phase. I do involve in site discussions for those conflicts and try to find the solution to solve the conflict. I also make sure the contractor works accordingly to the schedule that has been agreed upon before.
