A plan for infill and rehabilitation efforts, focused on the utilization of vacant properties to create more compact and livable communities.
This is the conditions and analysis phase of my final project for my Landscape Architecture Regional Design Studio. Focused on Lancaster County in Pennsylvania, we were given their comprehensive plan "Places2040" to begin our efforts. Their plan tackles land use and policies to improve the quality and character of the county by 2040.
Our project was to propose a mission, supporting the county's goals, providing a county-scale identification/plan and site design-scale intervention.
