In an attempt to critique the subject of, "violence in fashion". I created this calendar with the intention of making the viewer participate. The calendar uses photos from fashion magazines which are manipulated to further bring home the idea. The pages of the calendar were sown to a board and you cannot view the next month without physically tearing the previous one off the board.
Custom type was created for the calendar and can be seen in the title of the month March. Many of the effects used were created by doing mixed media experiments both off and on the computer giving the final piece a quality that could not be achieved any other way.
