The project being a Mixed Use Mid Rise near Bilawal
Chowrangi aspires to create a prototype for future
vertical living in Karachi.
It appreciates the community living whilst adding the
spaces inspired from informal spaces humans create under the tree and the informal seating arrangement found in our context (baithak). Since
spaces like these are manipulative and contextually sound they help connect humans emotionally and
sensually. Hence, marking a great value to the users lifestyle. The common areas were carefully designed internally as well as were carved in the façade

The design was sensitive to humans in terms of their accommodation needs as well as social needs. Corridors providing visual connectivity enhanced in building relationships which are seen lost somewhere with modernization in design.
