LIVE PROJECT WITH THE NHS: Group project

PROBLEM: The emergency adrenal injection is too complicated and difficult to use in a crisis. The injection bag is bulky and comes with three separate parts; a glass ample, a syringe and a needle. 

SOLUTION: The ACI (Adrenal Crisis Injection) Pen is designed to help create an easier way to administer life saving medicine to patients suffering from Addison’s disease. Addison’s disease is a disease where the adrenal glands that sit on top of your kidneys do not produce enough hormones. Live Industry project with NHS
