At QUT, our group (Abby Read, Kate Bellars, Malya Salima, Jolin Siu) were pleasured to work with Volunteering throughout our Design Week Intensive to solve their issue of the lack of young volunteers within Australia. We designed a simple and easy interactive fun quiz to be sent out to all the QUT students (at the start) and then branch out to students all over QLD. It's a simple and easy way to introduce and educate students on what volunteering is, and the perspections surrounding it. In the end, it discusses your results: when and where you can volunteer and what Volunteering group is best suited to you and your personality. It's a simple yet impactful tool to attract more younger people to actively volunteer during their tight schedules.
