KATREMIK STUDIO FLAT PROJECT /2023
Katremik Studio Flat Project is one of my commercial works. My client wanted to rent the flats in his apartment in Karaköy on one of today's popular home rental platforms.
The studio flat I designed had an area of 51 square meters. It has all the requirements to be rentable. In this narrow space, I designed a studio flat that can accommodate for 3 people.
That flat receives sunlight from one side. That's why I designed living spaces here. Iseparated the areas with rattan divider. The spatial from of The Flat was not favorable.
I used ethnic details as it is a temporary accommodation and preferred by tourists. In addition, I chose products that are easy to clean and cost effective.
The Flat has a narrow corridor. This corricor leads to the back front. In this corridor, I designed the workspace, which is one of the rental requirements
I designed the Kitchen together with the Bathroom at the end of the narrow corridor. I designed everything necessary for a temporary rental for this Kitchen.
Next to the Kitchen, the flat has a bathroom of 3 square meters. I use 3 square meters of the Bathroom as my client did not prefer renovations. And I designed it in the most efficient way.
