Original images all to be comped together. Components of each were to be used to create one composite image that looked both natural and coherent.

Specific elements from the separate images were chosen to create the feel of a busy Mediterranean city. Each individual element had to be blended into the main shot. INtensive colour matching was needed owing to many shots being different colour temperatures.

 

The car was subject to separate, intensive clean-up to enhance naturally bland areas, such as the bumpers, boot and wheels. Specific lighting was painted on to blend the car in with the two distinct areas of light and dark in the image.

Detailed elements such as the reflection of the ceiling and iron gates had to be specifically created from original parts of the background, warped and blended into the main reflective areas on the car so that the overal composite was seamless and looked natural.

The finished image, colour balanced and blended together.
