Death and Burial of Poor Cock Robin

For this class assignment, we were made to illustrate the nursery rhyme "Who Killed Cock Robin?" in three images. I chose to illustrate it through the reflections of the eyes of the animals. In the first pimage, the fly is witnessing the sparrow kill cock robin with his bow and arrow and the duck catching his blood. In the second one, the dove is mourning cock robin and in the reflection of the eye and tear, the viewer can see the kite carrying the coffin and the owl digging the grave. In the last image, the viewer can see the reflection of a bell (which also serves as his pupil) in the bull's eye as well as the birds falling out of the sky.
