"Miłość, szkielet i spaghetti" - a book cover

A book "Miłość, szkielet i spaghetti" (Love, skeleton and spaghetti), written by M. Obuch, tells a story about a woman that cannot cook a thing but has to make meals for a whole bunch of italians with huge appetites. Meanwhile a dead body falls down the city tower, anthropologists find an aged skeleton and lots of other things happen. It's a crime novel, but with loads of good humor and plot twists, so the cover also had to be humorous. The pattern pretty much illustrates the book title- there are forks with spaghetti, heart-shaped tattoos and bones from the skeleton. The forks' teeth interlock, which represents a complex intrigue that yet makes up the whole.

This project was made as part of a publishing series, a group college assignment. All the books in the series had titles that referred to food- apart from this book, there were "Fried green tomatoes" by F. Flagg, "Como Agua Para Chocolate" by L. Esquivel and "The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society" by M. A. Shaffer.
