The wedding we covered more than 500km... but it was worth it!

David did the preparation in Leiria, Catarina in Vila Real, the Quinta was in Penafiel :)

We did these kms and we would do even more, they deserve it.

An excellent couple, full of life, taste for travel and lovers of life.

A state of mind that I love and identify with, it has strengthened the bond between us.

Because they are emigrants in Luxembourg, we held the singles session a year before the wedding.

Since that day, time has flown by and in the blink of an eye we saw each other at the wedding.

And, because they are abroad, they even took advantage of a trip to Natal to do the engagement photoshoot.

But how did they get to marriage? What's the story?

Modern times, social networks and contacts began.

It was October 2015 and David, who had "found" Catarina on social media, started a conversation there.

He insisted on something he knew was right and she ended up giving in and there began the first contacts.

In December, between Christmas and New Year's Eve, they went for a car ride, on the sly.

In a lost street, but in a well-found moment, Catarina couldn't stand it and there appeared the first kiss.

And it took 2 months to make the relationship official, on Valentine's Day, so it's well marked.

In August 2020, in a dream realized by Catarina, they made a parachute jump.

Little did she know that dreams come in pairs :)

David jumped first, he knows why, Catarina jumped later.

As she jumped, looking down, she saw why he jumped first.

On the floor is a banner with the following question: "Do you want to marry me?"

It was just a matter of landing and there was David ready to receive the "Yes", kneeling on the ground and ring in hand.

A beautiful story that took us to a beautiful day, the wedding day.

On a typical summer day, with lots of heat and light, they took another step in the story of their lives.

Given the conversation and well-being, it was beautiful to see the affection that everyone has for them, that's how happy people are made.

They got married in the Church of Cumieira and had the party at Quinta Monbello, which turned out to be an excellent choice!

The light was beautiful, they were helpful (as always) and the pictures were top notch.

Already in the hall, with everything going beautifully, came the dancing!

Great! Well trained, well synchronized and elegant, beautiful to see.

The cutting of the cake was the icing on top of the cake for a day like this, well spent, well lived!.

I am happy to have been part of this day, honored to have been chosen to leave memories for life.

They know very well that the studio door is always open and I know they will come in there sometimes, even if it's just for a coffee.

"Enjoy the journey"

See you soon...
