User Persona and User Journey of Bugatti

Welcome to my project on the User Persona and User Journey of Bugatti. This project aims to dive deep into the target audience and their motivations for purchasing a Bugatti, as well as their journey from first awareness to post-purchase. 

By creating a detailed user persona, I aim to provide a comprehensive understanding of the Bugatti customer, including their values, goals, and pain points. By mapping out the user journey, we will gain insight into the touchpoints and experiences that are most important to the Bugatti customer and identify opportunities for improvement. 

This project will help Bugatti better understand and meet the needs of their customers, leading to increased customer satisfaction and loyalty. I am excited to present the results of my research and analysis.
