Loki beer design
For my first can design I already knew I wanted to be Norse mythology inspired. I wanted to start of with one of the commonly known Norse gods, Loki. I choose Drengr to go with the first can since it roughly translate to "young person or lad" which can also be seen as "Loki's Friend". I also wanted to incorporate Runes into the can so I went for the runes in the style of consolation as seen with star signs. I also wanted the top and bottom of the can to be a solid color kind of like a Gomora star cloud. And I chose the color of green since Loki is usually tied to the color green. But I wanted the Gamora cloud to be darker then the text for the can's name I also made the flavor red ale rye since the Norse god's are known for drinking ale and mead.
Tyr's beer design
For Tyr's can I wanted to have the same background but changing the colors. I wanted to make this one for Tyr because of how he is barely known even though he is one of the major gods being the god of war. Also since he is the god of war I wanted to name it "Tyr's warrior". I also decided to make the flavor brown ale imperial since imperial has a military vibe to it. I chose the color blue because it can represent feelings of loyalty, sincerity, wisdom, and confidence.
Odin's beer design
For Odin's can I knew I wanted the color to be gold since the is the all father of the other gods plus gold is used for royalty. I also wanted it to be named "Odin's Vision" since he is known for having great amount of knowledge and knowing his future with Ragnarok. I also wanted the flavor to be old ale since he is one of the oldest god and is always depicted as an old man.
