The purpose of this work was to create a Marketing Plan for an invented company, in this case it was a coffee shop called "Seadog& Friends". 
This Marketing Plan includes the following: history, philosophical dimension, analysis of the environment, macroenvironment analysis, diagnosis of the situation, definition of objectives, strategies and actions, calendar and control mechanisms.
