Dérive and INK are two participatory art projects that aim to translate people's life stories into figurative illustration. Dérive uses the motif of the map as a place for people to translate their stories in real time, while INK uses the human body. These portraits feature participants after they had drawn their life stories on the Dérive map and on their bodies.
