This is a personal project with the style of children's book illustrations. I wanted to do a lizard because I love their shape, so I started to look some references and I realized I was confused between lizards and salamanders, so the reality was that I really wanted to do a salamander instead. 

I didn't want to do a vector form, so I created an illustration only with brushes in photoshop. I hope you like and here you have the process and the result.
