MAC 'N SPY is a French band playing garage rock. Melodic yet very rough, , not perfect but unpolished, gritty but fun and positive. Their influences range from 60's bands, Surf rock, Pub rock, punk to more modern post-rock. They just released an EP and we agreed that I would do the artwork. We decided to do one artwork for each track. I had total freedom and only the songs and lyrics to guide me. I chose a rough cutout approach with pictures inspired by London in the swinging 60's, taken from old magazines, postcards, etc.
