Government solutions

Philips collaborates with government health systems and public health organizations to address healthcare's biggest challenges. Additionally, Philips supports 9 million veterans through our partnership with the Department of Veterans Affairs, including supplying almost one-third of the VA's medical equipment.
The challenge

Philips positions itself as a trusted and preferred partner to government agencies by showcasing examples of success in other prominent healthcare organizations. These include everything from telehealth and virtual care platforms to cybersecurity software and radiology command centers - a wide range of services that poses a complex challenge when thinking how best to position Philips online.

The solution

Starting with the customer journey, we crafted a new content strategy and design framework grounded on the audience and related personas. We streamlined the user experience by offering the right content at the right time. We ensured the online experience was user-friendly, compelling, cohesive with other brand touch-points and, ultimately, easy to update.

So much more than an optimized facelift, this project allowed us to reinforce that Philips is a trusted partner that delivers results.
Philips in America

Showcasing Philips' commitment to continually investing in America and successful collaboration with other leading health systems is crucial. If Philips can help Augusta University Health reduce its Average Length of Stay (ALOS) and save over $3.3M, perhaps they can do the same for the Department of Veterans Affairs.

This was the project's primary objective and is evident in the related content which includes brochures, presentations, infographics, videos and more.
Philips collaborated with the Department of Veterans Affairs and the March of Dimes to provide care bags for expecting military families. Philips employees assembled over 3,000 bags for 75 baby showers across the United States in 2018.
