For our final first year project, we were given a brief to design a cooking utensil set to be injection moulded. The design had to draw inspitation from any kind of fruit or vegetable and had to be designed for a brand. We were restricted to basic injection moulding to minimise costs, thus creating an interesting challenge to incorporate ergonomic and usability considerations. My design is for the Anzo range of products and draws inspiration from the tomato, an essential for all foodies out there.
