Clear cutting, forest fires and hunting are reducing orangutan numbers to alarmingly low levels. Palm oil plantations are a huge problem for orangutans as well. In Indonesia and Malaysia, entire forests are being cut down to make way for the plantations. Never before has their very existence been threatened so severely.
This was also an attempt to create comics with non-traditional paneling.
