THE SALES & MARKETING LEADERSHIP SUMMIT

For our 2019 National Sales Meeting, we brought together a group of 65+ leaders from across CBSi Sales, IM, EM and Yield for a two-day summit in NYC.

As our larger teams gathered for the first time since the new org structure was announced, it was necessary to give guests an experience that rivaled this newfound momentum as a company.
That’s why for this year’s event, we focused the messaging around connection and “getting pumped” for what lies ahead at CBSi. Not only did this theme serve as the perfect springboard for the meeting (and its programming), but it also empowered everyone with the confidence they needed to succeed moving forward.
In addition to the all inspiring sessions that took place during the summit, we also curated a variety of experiences for guests to enjoy. These included:
• Private SoulCycle and yoga classes
• Juice bar with delicious shots and snacks
• Surprise room drops with premium health and wellness products (such as organic lip balm, detox drinks and more)
• A branded notebook and pen, as well as a copy of Brené Brown’s Dare to Lead
To close out our time together, we hosted a private team dinner at the legendary Mr. Chow’s, followed by an epic karaoke battle that was nothing short of amazing.
