I created this design by first choosing a color palette that fit well with the song. Since the song is kind of calm and slow, I wanted to go with a design that would draw attention but wouldn't be too chaotic. The shape of the font I used for the text flows well with the ivy around it but at the same time stands out, which catches the eye. The ivy itself helps to lead the eye to the text and center part of the design, while also taking up space and giving the design an interesting border that aligns with the feel of the song. For the main part of the design, I decided to incorporate rain, since that's what I thought of when thinking of the song. I gave the boots and umbrella a kind of faded effect, that way you notice other parts of the design that aren't as transparent.
