When drawing this, it was important to remember what the ocean really looks like when its at its best. And coral reefs are full of color and many small fish swim around. It took time to draw and it was important to use lighting to my advantage. 

The amount of creatures is obviously exaggerated but it’s still a nice looking image and still allow a sea type theme in the grand scheme of the project.
