The idea for Endangered Species came to me back in 2019, while I was building the model for Crushed Kingdom. Back then, I knew nothing about 3D, hence building them was my weapon of choice. The model for Crushed Kingdom turned out just fine but I wasn't feeling the one I've built for this:  

I mean, it looked great for a Science Fair model, but I didn't think I could salvage most of it with Photoshop, so I had to sit this one out. But after remaking I Know Places last month, I started feeling this urge to revisit some of my old ideas. And even facing my next challenge: Blender. So yeah, this is my first 3D project. Yay me.

I might not be the best 3D out there, but man, I'm super proud of it. Just to be able to put this idea on paper (screen, actually), it takes a weight out of my shoulder. And learning Blender on the way? I can't help but feel excited for what my next project will look like.

For the lettering, I went crazy with the 3D, not gonna lie; I won't even make an excuse for it. Chose these green and purple-y/magenta-y hues (opposites) with this tall extrusion to evoke this looming sense of... danger. I mean, after this terrible accident with the green goo, mankind sure is the endangered species here.
