Identifier and animation created for the hybrid working principles that my employer, Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust, have committed to.
The identifier consisted of the title 'Hybrid working' as well as the slogan 'Better for you, better for our plant' and our hashtag '#KMPTProud'. Complimented by two separate illustrations, one portraying the clinical staff in uniform and NHS lanyards, and the other portraying the admin/non-clinical staff who are working from home.
In early 2022, I participated in a beginners course for Adobe Animate, so that within my role, I could create some animations to compliment some of our other projects. This then resulted in me creating my first ever animation for the hybrid working principles. I began by creating the basis of the designs within Illustrator and then transferred them over to Animate to be able to animate them. At first, I had done a simple animation where the slides simply went from one another by moving across the screen, but I knew I could push myself further, so I added animations to the text and I'm so glad I did as I think it perfectly finishes it off.
I am so proud of this animation, with it being my first ever animation, and I'm excited to do more in the future.
