Slow Food is an international organisation involving over a million people who follow the philosophy of "good, clean and fair" food; a network made up of enthusiasts, chefs, experts, young people, producers, fishermen and academics in 160 countries. Among them, 100,000 members belonging to 1500 local groups and over 2400 Terra Madre food communities engaged in agri-food and small-scale production. 

Slow Food is committed to safeguarding traditional and sustainable quality foods, protecting the biodiversity of cultivated and wild varieties, as well as cultivation and production methods threatened by the prevalence of processed foods and industrial agribusiness and the rules of the global market. 

In 2018 I collaborated on the creation of the website, obviously I also followed their Facebook page. Project in English - New Zealand.
