Growing up in an Arab household has been viewed differently than growing up in any other household because Arabs have distinct and shared patterns that non-Arabs may not understand or relate to. These patterns have upsides and downsides, but Arabs tend to communicate and interact with them through humour. What interested me in this topic was how Arabs have managed to maintain these patterns over the years? How come all of our parents do the same thing unconsciously? I conducted an Arabsup club where they can share their experiences and laugh about them. Arabs dealing with everything through humour and sarcasm is part of their identity and should be encouraged by creating a community for Arabs all around the world to share their stories and laugh about it.
