hello my name is Arielle Faith Chan and i'm from class DX2201A from Visual Communications in ITE College Central , School of Design & Media. I am a graphic designer and i have joined a handful of art competitions this year so far and these are some of my artworks that have been submitted to the competitions as well as artworks that i designed in my own free time for other activities outside of school for example i have designed posters, cards and more. Some tools i use are Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop for school and i use many other apps on my own like VN, Photoshop Express, Lightroom, Canva and more. I have experience in photography and have an interest to continue doing it and learn more along the way in my journey of photography. Going on this trip will help me to gain more experience and be able to capture moments in another country while mixing with different people and learning their culture. Another skill i have that can contribute to this trip is digital marketing because as a Graphic Designer i an present ideas into creative visual content which can help to communicate between company and targeted customers in not only Singapore but in Vietnam as well. Although graphic design requires different tools and skills not very similar to marketing, they are still in partnership as you need graphic design to build brands and sustain visual awareness and more as a marketing campaign. Thus, I can contribute to this trip as a photographer and as a designer alongside with my skills in digital marketing.
