Loc City Parlor is founded and raised by loctician and enthusiast, Phet Phomthesane, in Elk Grove, CA. The logo features an infusion of elements from both Laos and African cultures; hence the cultural three-headed elephant, but with dreadlocks atop their heads. I intentionally designed the logo in both black and white for improved cohesiveness with other objects and colors (i.e. a white business card or colorful backdrop).
