On the science side of stuff, I work a lot in microscopy - looking at really tiny things through means to make them larger. In my experience, I've found that the microscopic world isn't all that different than the macroscopic world. A smooth-seeming sphere actually has ridges that, when blown up, seem like valleys and mountains.

This series focuses on the microscopic worlds and landscapes that behave just like the macroscopic world. The subtle bumps and dips in microstructures form valleys and mountains just like the landscapes of the world we normally see.
