I decided to look at other people work related to what I am looking to achieve and here are couple images that inspired me to create my final image.
I love this image is beautiful I am not as advanced as this to create a perfect image mine is just going to  be an experiment, collage, opacity change in layers and smudge tool. Here is the link: http://www.pinterest.com/pin/353040058261717568/
This is another amazing picture that captured my eye and made me want to create something more meaningful than just a fashion illustration. This is the link for this wonderful creation: http://www.pinterest.com/pin/353040058261717581/
                                                                           THIS IS MY FINAL IMAGE
The only thing i regret about this project, that I forgot to take the photographs of stages creating it, but here is a summary of what I did to achieve this image:
I used Pixlr for digital manipulation as my Photoshop trial is now over, but I am happy with my outcome.

I used the fire image as a background, later turning it into a layer and playing with opacity and shading.
Then I aploaded a girls image, used levels, eraser, laso tool for getting rid of the unwanted areas of the image, by cutting them out.
I reduced the opacity of womans image to give it a more blend in look. I used some inner and uter shading.
Then I have aploaded amber picture as a layer and using laso tool I have formed some sort of a dress shape arround the body. I have flattened the image few times during the work, as some smudge tool needed to be applied, for more smoth and flowy look.
I used, burn, smudge and dodge tools, as well as pencil and rubber, fill tool to manipulate the image of face and body of the woman.
I have then used the ash picture as a layer for the top part of the dress and slightly reduced the opacity, then bledned in the image.
I selected some random shape in the dress using laso tool and copied and pasted it to have more amber looking feature on the skirt part.
When everything was flattened, I used different sizes of smudge tool some pinch and bloat tools randomly and where I felt like it to give it more drama.
Finaly I discovered a fire tool, and selected the right shape, reduced oppacity and selected very light yellow color, then I have applyed it to some parts of the image especialy bottom. Used a smudge tool to define the image by eliminating obvious lines to make picture more natural looking.

So here is my two hour work and explanation of how I did it.
I am very pleased with my work and I keep getting some positive feedback from people who see it. I have started using CAD only this year and I am very happy with my achievements so far and they are highly improving.
Why final image the way it is?  The image contains an interpretation of passion for life, ''dancing emotions'', love, truth, secrets and beauty but mostly rebirth. I have ''personificated'' the fire bird and gave it a feminine and more spiritual look.
