Sorochan brewery is a young brand from Saint Petersburg that makes craft beer. The goal was to create a logo that would reflect the friendliness of the brand and bring back that feeling you get on a warm summer day with your friends.
During the research, I noticed that if you look at a beer cap from the top view it has a similar shape to a common image of the sun. That's how the form was found.
For the typography it was decided to use Kyiv Sans in Bold and Regular, because it keeps the simplicity and readability yet has a friendly look because of its playfull proportions.
