The Lord of the Rings and the Hobbit have always been some of my favourite books, and before I watched Peter Jackson's masterpieces, I saw The Lord of the Rings cartoon by Ralph Bakshi (so the images are their copyright and belong to them), but I so much loved the character that I couldn't help painting with a little bit more diverse colours and accessories) By the way I think the genius Peter Jackson at the very end of the last film managed to capture Frodo's face expression which is exactly the same as in the cartoon, which I guess is the reference and honouring the legendary Bakshi work.
