Explainer video for LTC Properties (REIT)
LTC Properties is a real estate investment trust (REIT) investing in seniors housing and health care industry.
The requirements for this video included the following:-
1. Create a character-driven story for a 60-80 second informational video.

2. The client wanted to make an informative video with a hint of fun. Also, wanted to add an element of approachability.
3. Create illustrations of LTC property which is featured on their website.
3. Needed to create new diverse character designs based on real life people working at the company. i.e. CEO (Wendy) and the LTC Expert (Doug). The characters needed to be approachable and conversational wearing business casuals and nothing fancy.
