DESIGN CONCEPT OF THE PARK "MALINOVKA" TERRITORY

The main objective of the project is to transform the only green recreation area for residents of the Krasnogvardeisky district of St. Petersburg. There are problems on the territory associated with the lack of a convenient walking route, lack of lighting and green spaces.
The central attraction will be the observation deck, which gives the park a futuristic look and holds the whole concept. The style features of the observation deck are supported by sculptures placed throughout the territory.
The main landscape and compositional idea is to create groups of deciduous trees that protect visitors from the wind and sun, planting groups of raspberry bushes along the paths and several flower beds with decorative cereals dispersed throughout the site. The idea of planting raspberries is tied to the name of the park in which the projected area is located.
Since the main point of attraction, where the largest number of people will be concentrated, is the observation deck, it is planned to create a recreation area near it for visitors of different social groups with benches and sun loungers near the water.
Главной задачей проекта является преобразование единственной зеленой зоны отдыха для жителей Красногвардейского района Санкт-Петербурга. На территории имеются проблемы, связанные с отсутствием удобного пешеходного маршрута, недостатком освещения и зеленых насаждений.
Центральным объектом притяжения станет смотровая площадка, которая придает парку футуристичный вид и держит на себе всю концепцию. Стилевые особенности смотровой площадки поддерживаются скульптурами, размещенными по всей территории.
Основная ландшафтно-композиционная идея состоит в создании групп лиственных деревьев, защищающих посетителей от ветра и солнца, высадки групп кустарников малины вдоль дорожек и нескольких цветников с декоративными злаковыми, рассредоточенными по участку. Идея высадки малины завязана на названии парка, в котором располагается проектируемая территория.
