In October 2021, I had the opportunity to be one of the forty participants of #Voices4Weapons, a youth exchange about the culture of Hip-hop, organised by the group of young people DOPE. Graffiti, Rap, Breakdancing, Beatboxing, Freestyle : using art as a tool to express, raising voices instead of weapons, ten days of unity and creativity. At the end of the project, the participants organised a final event in which they painted their own graffiti, performed some dance and rap show, and invited people from Leipzig to express as well with breakdance, rap and freestyle.
A crazy opportunity for any video-maker and art lover.
