Illustrated calendar for Vioryl company. In Greek myths I had a fascinating challenge: to tell an entire myth through a single image. I was inspired by Ancient Greek and European art depicting human figures in pleated fabriques pretty much the same way as in the ceramic black-red vases of antiquity yet using symbolic, emotional colours, to reflect the contradictory human nature amidst heroic and dangerous times.
