"I've always enjoyed sketching, and showing my drawings to my friends, but this is the first time I actually get to expose them in a worldwide community. So, at first, it seemed like a big challenge, and I was kinda self-conscious about it, but after the first two pages, It felt really natural to just do whatever I wanted to. After all, sketches are not supposed to be perfect. Just honest, and cool. "

The Sketchbook Project is an evolving library that features more than 28,000 artists' books contributed by creative people from 130+ countries. It also operates The Brooklyn Art Library, a storefront exhibition space in the heart of Williamsburg, as a home for all of the projects. It's open to everyone.
