The closest option for this problem is to by activating the “forced systemwide dark mode” option from developer options. Although this is not perfect, it is better than staring at light mode on Android.
So, in case if you are interested in getting a dark mode on Snapchat this way, here’s how to do it:

Go to your setting app and click on “About phone.”
Now, scroll down until you reach the “Build Number” and tap on this seven times.
You have now activated developer mode on your android phone.
Go back to Settings and click on the “System Developer Option” to access developer options.

Here, activate the “Override force-dark” toggle, and now you have successfully enabled the forced dark mode theme on your android phone.
Note: Unfortunately, an updated newer version of Snapchat doesn’t support forced dark mode on Snapchat. and the Snapchat app in android phones stays in a light theme. Therefore, you will have to download an old version of Snapchat if you wish to have a dark mode on Snapchat.
