For my Typography class, we chose one out of three quotes to create a whole compositional sequence project. First, we began by creating a grid. After, following the created grid, we used our chosen quote to create many different compositions, each with certain rules and requirements. Then we chose our most successful design to create abstractive compositions based on the structural and formal elements in the composition. Finally, we created several compositions combining parts of previous compositions such as the grid, text, and abstraction.
