Blackleads is a youth-led, non for profit organization that strives to activate leadership qualities in young persons that do not have the opportunity to equip themselves with the core values and soft skills that are required to compete in today’s global landscape.

At Blackleads, we believe everyone, no matter who you are, or where you're from can and deserves to be given the oppportunity to become a leader - a guiding star for everyone around them. This belief, is the very foundation of everything we do and it had to be potrayed in the visual identity.

Like their more privileged contemporaries, the underserved youth we seek to mould have the potential to become the leaders of tomorrow.
