Old photo restoration. It's better when you can scan an old photo. But even if you have a photography of it (made with a mobilte phone), something can be done. At firts we can use TOPAZ gigapixel, to make a photo bigger and even to enhance it's quality, so there is something we can work with in photoshop. And then basic tools like clone stamp, patch tool, even content aware fill can be used to improve the photo.
