In Spring 2021 I took a course at NEIU called “BIO 315: Communicating Biology”. For this course, each student chose a peer-reviewed journal which they used to complete assignments throughout the semester. The goal was to communicate the findings of the studies in different ways and for different audiences.

For my assignments I chose:

For the above project, we were tasked with taking the findings of our chosen study and translating it into a social media post. I chose to illustrate the findings in a 6 panel webcomic format for Instagram.
