This project would offer an opportunity to leverage more tourist driven neighborhoods and those with higher incomes to subsidize bins for other neighborhoods. An option would be to allow for donations or selling of posters and other merchandise (like coffee mugs) with the artwork that would go towards trash collection in Baltimore's more under-served areas.

Gold lettering doesn't quite read as well as it would in real life where it would catch the light and offer greater distinction from the black of the bin. However, back up options would include a decorative frame to contrast with the lettering and increase readability.
