The purpose of this project was to streamline the training process for training print suppliers in Gilead's project lifecycle management system (GPLM). The print suppliers were trained in this system by the label coordinator using a PowerPoint presentation during a scheduled training session, but this presentation needed to be converted into a video, or a video-type document.

In order to do this, timed animations and transitions were added to PowerPoint along with narration audio in order to create a viewing experience that is similar to that of a video. The final result was a PowerPoint presentation that, once the slideshow started, would cycle through the entire presentation automatically and provide a video-like experience. This video/automated presentation will facilitate the training for Gilead's print suppliers across the whole company, worldwide.
